1. General Agreement
By utilizing the Book Publishing Labs ("BPL", "we", "our") platform, services, or website, you agree to these operating Terms and Conditions. These terms formulate a binding legal agreement intended to protect both the firm operations and your individual rights as a creating author.
2. Intellectual Property & Rights
CRITICAL DECREE:
You retain 100% ownership, copyright, and derivative rights to any manuscript or IP conceived or drafted during our engagement. BPL operates strictly as a service executor and claims zero claim to your work.
BPL acts as a "Work for Hire" entity regarding ghostwriting services, meaning upon rendering full payment, all copyrights legally transfer unconditionally to you, the author. We do not require you to sign over film, television, or audio derivative rights under any circumstance.
3. Scope of Services
BPL guarantees the execution of services as specifically lined out in your custom Master Service Agreement (MSA). Bestseller marketing commitments and category placement deliverables are contingent upon the author correctly supplying necessary logistical assets (KDP account access, biographical data) within defined timelines.
4. Payments & Refunds
All ghostwriting and publishing engagements require upfront milestone deposits to secure Top 1% editorial talent. Due to the intensive manual labor involved in our elite processes, portions of milestone payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
